For what purpose we collect your data?
Using the Website.
Personal data of all persons using the Website (including the IP address or other identifiers and information collected via cookies or other similar technologies) are processed by the Controller:
- to provide Users with content collected on the Website
- for technical and administrative purposes, for the purposes of ensuring the security of the IT system and managing this system, as well as for analytical and statistical purposes (e.g. by registering in the so-called server logs)
We, as the Collector, allow Users to subscribe to the newsletter, under which we will provide information on actions which we undertake us a part of our statutory activity. Receiving an electronic newsletter requires an email address only. Providing an email address is voluntary, but necessary to receive the newsletter. You can always unsubscribe from the newsletter by clicking “unsubscribe” appearing at the bottom of each newsletter message.
We, as the Collector, provide the opportunity to contact us using the electronic contact form available on the Website. Using the form requires providing personal data necessary to contact the User (identify the sender) and answer the query. The User may also provide other data in order to facilitate contact or handle the query. Providing data is voluntary, but failure to provide your name and email address results in the inability to handle the query.

User may not agree on downloading and storing cookie files on users devices. Cookies might be disabled through browser settings. Deleting cookie files may lead to limitation of some functionalities available otherwise.

Personal data will be disclosed to supplier responsible for operating IT systems and server provider - Fundacja Moje Państwo, ul. Nowogrodzka 25/37, 00-511 Warszawa, Poland, and others service providers. These suppliers process personal data to the extent necessary to maintain and operate the Website.
We, as the Collector, reserve the right to disclose selected information about the User to competent authorities or third parties who submit a request for such information, based on an appropriate legal basis and in accordance with applicable law.
How long do we process Personal data?
The period of data processing by the Collector depends on the purpose of processing. For example if the User uses the contact form, his/her data will be processed no longer than necessary to answer and the personal data of the User ordering the newsletter will be processed for the period of sending the newsletter or until the Unser unsubscribe from the newsletter.
The data processing period may be extended if the processing is necessary to determine and assert any claims or defend against claims, and after that time only if and to the extent required by the law.
What rights do the Website User have?
The User has the right to: access to data content and request rectification, deletion, processing restrictions, the right to transfer data and the right to object to data processing, as well as the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory body dealing with the protection of personal data. To the extent that User’s data is processed on the basis of consent, it can be withdrawn at any time by contacting the Collector. The User has the right to object for reasons related to the User's particular situation - in other cases, when the legal basis for data processing constitutes the Collector's legitimate interest.
